Valad Solutions Pty Ltd was established in 2009 by a group of like-minded individuals, committed to guiding and challenging education communities to continuously improve the outcomes for their students.
Since inception, the Company’s services have experienced increasing demand and therefore our team has grown to include more than 20 active education specialists. These experts are working across a range of significant projects in all education sectors, always providing solutions to support learning.

As the Company has grown, the Company Advisory structure was established to provide ongoing stability and leadership to our significant projects across all education sectors.
At times, our Associates join the Company Advisory structure where specific expertise and additional leadership is required.

Our commitment to our learning
Not only are we committed to supporting the best learning outcomes for clients and their organisations, but Valad Solutions is also committed to our own learning and growth, so that we always remain relevant.
There are a range of strategies that we use to support our team to collaborate and benefit from the collective expertise and knowledge within the group.
Induction
All Valad Team members are provided with a structured and comprehensive induction when they are employed by the Company. Not only are new team members welcomed with all the necessary administrative supports, but our induction also embeds understandings about our Company processes, policies and our culture.
Shadowing and mentoring are critical components of our ongoing induction, which stretches beyond the initial months and extends 12-24 months after engagement.
Regular team meetings
The Valad Solutions team meets regularly throughout the year – both physically and online. These meetings provide critical opportunities to share practice and embed understanding about efficient and productive work approaches. They also provide networking opportunities and have built the collective efficacy of Valad Solutions over many years.
The end of year Christmas function is always a highlight for our team, where we celebrate our joint achievements and reflect on any challenges for the year ahead.
Professional learning
Our team gatherings provide an opportunity for sharing of new learning, collaborative discussions and reflections can occur. The commitment of our team members is palpable during our scheduled time for professional learning.
